Paracas, Ica & Huachina with Buggies and Sandboarding , will take you to discover the wonders hidden in the largest desert in Peru. A boat ride through the Ballestas Islands, full of marine flora and fauna, and the mysterious Paracas Candelabra await you on the Paracas Peninsula.
Further south, after a visit to the city of Ica, one of the most beautiful Oases on the planet awaits you: The Huacachina Oasis. Which has been chosen by The Telegraph , one of the most prestigious British publications, among the 21 most impressive destinations in the world and the only one on the list in Latin America. Known as a destination for sandboarding , the Huacachina oasis is a place worth visiting for its location
We will begin the tour early in the morning, picking you up from your hotel between 4:30 and 5:00 am, depending on the location of your hotel. Once in our mobility, we will head south, towards the largest desert in Peru: the Ica desert.
Once we arrive at Paracas Bay, we will begin the excursion to the Ballestas Islands taking a motor boat.
On the way to the Ballestas Islands, we can appreciate the Candelabro (a large geoglyph). Around the Ballesta Islands we will see sea lions in their natural habitat, who love to approach tourist boats and jump into their surroundings, a spectacle that in itself fully justifies the visit. We will also appreciate the Humboldt penguins, Guano birds, the guano exploitation area, etc.
We will continue the trip to the province of Ica, getting to know the culture and gastronomy with a typical lunch.
After lunch, we will go for approximately 30 minutes to Huacachina, where you will take a pure adrenaline ride in tubulars ( buggies ), and you can also do sand-boarding (sliding on boards). After this last visit, you will have free time to walk through the Oasis, take a boat ride, take photos or buy crafts. Finally we will finish this great adventure taking many photographs, we will return to Lima in our private transportation. We will arrive in Lima between approximately 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
We will pick you up in the morning: starting at 04:30 am. – 5:00 in the morning. (Depending on the location of your hotel: Miraflores, Lince, San Isidro, Surquillo, San Borja, Pueblo Libre, Cercado de Lima and Rímac).
