ACCORDING TO LAW 29408

In compliance with Supreme Decree Nº 005-2020-MINCETUR which approves the Regulations for Travel and Tourism Agencies, Andean Lodges has signed the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). In this way we ratify our code of organisational ethics and firmly reject, denounce and condemn any practice related to the sexual abuse and exploitation of minors in Peru and the world.

ACCORDING TO LAW 30802

IN THIS TRAVEL AGENCY WE DO NOT ADMIT MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE UNACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS, GUARDIAN OR RESPONSIBLE PERSON DULY ACCREDITED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF LAW N° 30802.

What can we do to prevent the problem from growing further?

Maintain an attitude of rejection of CSEC, warn of the penalty of imprisonment.

• Immediately report any case of CSEC to the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the National Police.
• Have at hand the telephone numbers of the:
• Ministry of the Interior: line 0800-2-3232
• Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (Women’s Emergency Centre): line 100.
• National Police (nearest police station) Prosecutor’s Office.
• Child and Adolescent Ombudsman’s Offices.

We accept, subscribe to and promote the law that punishes the malpractice of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents.

In this agency

We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, nor any other criminal offence of which we become aware in the course of our activities in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29408.

If you know of any case of sexual exploitation of children under 18, do not hesitate to report it.
