We will begin this wonderful Kayak adventure on the floating islands of Uros, Amantani and Taquile (2 Days and 1 Night) with pick-up from your hotels to Esteves Island, at approximately 07:30 am, where we will receive all the instructions and professional team. kayak necessary to make proper use of the kayak, we will paddle for approximately 1 hour until we reach the floating islands of the Uros.
At all times we will be accompanied by the security of a professional instructor and a backup motorized boat.
During the kayak navigation we will be able to observe all the richness of the flora and fauna of Lake Titicaca, after our guided tour of the floating islands of the Uros, we will take our motor boat that will take us to the island of Amantani where we will be welcomed by the host family who will provide us with accommodation and meals, in addition to sharing unforgettable experiences.
The next day after breakfast we will leave towards the island of Taquile, famous for being declared thanks to its fabrics and customs by UNESCO as “Cultural and Intangible Heritage of Humanity” after having lunch in Taquile we will return to the city of Puno at average 03:30pm to transfer them to their hotels.

DAY 1: Kayak to the Uros Islands, Amantani and Experiential Tourism
07:00 AM – Pick up from your hotel in Puno to Esteves Island:
We start the day early with pickup from your hotel in Puno. This first stop is on the beautiful Esteves Island, where your starting point for this exciting adventure is located.
07:15 AM – Reception of equipment and instructions by the guide:
Once on Esteves Island, you will receive your kayak equipment and receive instructions from our experienced guide. This is essential to ensure your safety and comfort during the trip.
07:30 AM – Kayak departure to the floating islands of the Uros (1 hour of navigation, view of flora and fauna):
The trip begins with an exciting kayak trip that will take us to the famous floating islands of the Uros. During this hour of navigation, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the impressive flora and fauna that surrounds Lake Titicaca.
08:30 AM – Arrival at Los Uros and the guide’s explanation about this impressive town:
Upon arriving at the Uros, you will receive a detailed explanation from our guide about this unique town, known for its islands made of reeds, an aquatic plant. They will learn about their way of life, their culture and their traditions.
Amantani Island :
After exploring the Uros, we will head by motor boat to the picturesque island of Amantani , located on Lake Titicaca. During the journey, you will be able to enjoy the impressive views of the lake.
01:00 PM – Arrival at the Port of Amantani Island :
Once on Amantani Island , you will be greeted by local inhabitants and taken to your accommodation in a homestay. This is a place where you will experience authentic Andean hospitality.
02:00 PM – Lunch at local family home:
You will enjoy a traditional lunch prepared by the host family. They will have the opportunity to try delicious local food and share special moments with the community.
04:00 PM – Walk to the top of the island (1 hour) to see the sunset, Cerros Pachamama and Pachatata :
After some time to rest, you will embark on a scenic hike to the top of Amantani Island . From there, you will have a spectacular view of the sunset over Lake Titicaca and you will be able to appreciate the Pachamama and Pachatata Mountains , which are of great significance in the Andean worldview.
06:00 PM – Return and dinner at the family house:
You will return to the family home where you will be welcomed with a delicious and comforting dinner. This is another opportunity to share experiences with the local community.
08:00 PM – Dance and celebration with the people (Optional):
If you wish, you can join the local community in a dance and celebration, a unique experience to immerse yourself in the culture of Amantani and create unforgettable memories.
DAY 2: Amantani , Taquile (Lunch)
Amantani Island : You will start the day with a traditional breakfast prepared by the host family. This will give them the energy needed for the day’s activities.
08:00 AM – Departure from the Port of Amantani to Taquile: You will leave the island of Amantani and head by boat to the island of Taquile, another jewel of Lake Titicaca. You will sail through the serene waters of the lake while enjoying the panoramic views.
09:00 AM – Arrival in the north of Taquile and walk to the main square: Once in Taquile, you will head to the north of the island and begin a walk towards the main square of Taquile, where you will be able to explore the local culture and the handicrafts.
10:30 AM – Arrival at the town’s main square: You will arrive at the Taquile main square, which is an emblematic place on the island and a center of cultural activity. Here you can meet the local inhabitants and learn more about their way of life.
12:00 PM – Lunch (Included): You will enjoy a typical lunch from Taquile, which is known for its special gastronomy. This lunch is included in the itinerary.
01:30 PM – Return from Taquile to Puno: After an exciting day in Taquile, you will return by boat to Puno, taking the opportunity to once again appreciate the impressive views of Lake Titicaca.
04:00 PM – Arrival in Puno and transfers to hotels: Finally, you will arrive back in Puno and will be transferred to your respective hotels, ending this exciting experience on Lake Titicaca.
