Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price covers the whole private vehicle for your group, one way, with the driver and taxes included. A round trip costs twice the one-way rate.
How does a private transfer work?
Your driver meets you at the agreed place (airport arrivals hall, train station or hotel lobby), helps with your luggage and takes you straight to your destination. The vehicle is only for your group.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book on the same day of your transfer or the day before. You can also book further ahead.
How do I pay?
Online, by card (Izipay) or PayPal, when you book. Card and PayPal payments add a 6% processing fee, shown before you pay. You receive the confirmation by email.
Which vehicle do I need?
Choose by the number of passengers and large suitcases: a sedan takes up to 3 people, an SUV up to 4, a van up to 10, a Sprinter up to 15 and a minibus up to 25. The booking form only lets you pick vehicles with room for your group.
Can I ask for an English-speaking driver?
Yes. Add the English-speaking driver option for US$25 per trip.
Can I book a transfer that is not on the list?
Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp with your route and date and we will send you a price.
