In compliance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Regulations for Travel and Tourism Agencies, Terra Quechua Peru has signed the Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). With it we confirm our code of ethics and firmly reject, report and condemn any practice related to the sexual abuse and exploitation of minors in Peru and in the world.
In this agency we do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, or any other criminal offence we become aware of in the course of our work.
We do not accept minors under 18 traveling without their parents, guardian or a duly accredited responsible adult.
We accept, sign and promote the law that punishes the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, keep an attitude of rejection and warn that it is punished with prison.
If you know of any case of sexual exploitation of a person under 18, do not hesitate to report it immediately to the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the National Police.
