Ballestas Islands Tour
We leave at 8 AM since you can enjoy the ride more; This recommendation is due to the fact that Paracas and the Ballestas Islands are located in an area where there is wind all year round and the intensity of these winds increases as the day goes by.
Try to bring a windbreaker or a coat since the boats are open, this way you will protect yourself from the wind, especially in the winter months, from May to August.
In these cases when the dock is closed, we usually wait to see if the state of the sea improves and the captaincy opens the port; If this happens, people who have their reservation in the 08:00 AM shift have a better chance of being able to take the tour, even if it is delayed; On the contrary, people who booked the tour for the 10:00 AM time slot run the risk that the port will close again and they will not be able to visit the Ballestas Islands.
Chincha Tour
Sunampe district , which is characterized by its wine and pisco production. Here we will visit some artisanal and industrial wineries, take a brief tour of their facilities and taste their products.
On the way to the district of Chincha Baja we will visit the district created in the Republican era. In addition, there is the Huaca La Centinela archaeological complex, which was the main settlement of the Chincha culture, which is characterized by being great navigators and expert traders.
Lunch, we will enjoy the best typical dishes of the city.
We continue the visit to the picturesque district of Carmen, which is recognized as the cradle of Afro-Peruvian folklore, we will walk through its streets that will transport us back in time, we will also appreciate its beautiful colonial church,
We will visit Casa Hacienda San José, one of the main places where black slaves worked and after their rebellion built their homes around the Casa Hacienda.
We will take a tour of the Hacienda and catacombs that are located there, in addition to its beautiful chapel.
We will enjoy a spectacular Afro Show, where you can see dances such as zapateo, atajo de negritos and more, which will make you move your body with so much rhythm, color and flavor.
Return to the bus station or hotel.
Itinerary La Mina + Chincha + Ballestas Islands Tour 1 Day
DAY 1: La Mina + Chincha + Ballestas Islands Tour
8.00 hrs . Approximately we will be arriving at the Paracas resort and Reserve, we will see the monument that commemorates the landing of the liberating expedition, then we will enter the Paracas national reserve, we will appreciate the Cathedral on the way, a rock formation formed by the erosion of the sea and wind along Throughout the centuries, to continue with our Full Day we will go to La Mina and La Raspadita beach and we will have the entire morning to enjoy it and its crystalline sea (Approx. 4 hours on the beach).
We can enjoy snorkeling , floats, inflatable games, beach balls, surfboards so that you can fully enjoy your stay on this beautiful beach. Special photos with GO PRO hero 7 Black FULL HD underwater camera. Those who wish can also enjoy a Kayak ride (optional).
Then we will go to Raspón, Playa Lagunilla where we will climb to Punta Lagunillas, where we will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the cove and the nearby beaches.
Then through the viewpoint, we will also appreciate the Red Beach where the reddish color of the sand stands out with the contrast of the strong yellow rocks.
Continuing we will have a stop at the viewpoint of the 2 bays from where we have an impressive view of Lagunillas, La Mina and other sectors of the reserve. Almost concluding our beach circuit, we will appreciate Yumaque Beach .
2:30 p.m. _ Arrival at Chaco, free time for lunch, we can also walk through this section of the bay appreciating different sea birds such as flamingos, pelicans among others, also for those who wish they can take a boat ride (optional) or visit the craft fairs in looking for some memory. Also, enjoy a free tasting of chocotejas and typical sweets from the area.
To finish our Full Day Playa la Mina, with the last photos of the sunset we will begin the return to Lima, stopping in Chincha to visit the wine cellar and taste the classic wines, piscos, and also enjoy a black music show in which everyone We will be able to participate, we will end with the tasting of typical sweets (strained beans, chocotejas, among others).
